Long story short. Use PayPal if you’re going to buy from Aliexpress. That way when you get scammed, you file a dispute with PayPal, and let PayPal handle it. Just make sure you keep screenshots of all communications, transactions and emails with Aliexpress. Better yet, just save yourself some grief and just don’t shop there. I really don’t know why PayPal even does business with Aliexpress.
