Absolute scam, booked hotel stay for two days with family just to be charged at hotel extra money for stay and parking charge. This made our booking nearly double price and for that we could have stayed in a much better hotel. Contacted Agoda with no reply, sent multiple emails, online chats and phone calls with just being ignored. Used to be such a great company and now absolute mess. Won’t be using them again!
