I am still no further forward with Getaroom. I have phoned the hotel and apparently the booking is cancellable with refund even though Getaroom tell me it is non refundable. The hotel were quite outraged at the price I was charged and can offer me the same a lot less. All I want is my money back, I feel like I have been robbed and so let down by these scammers and their false prices.Update. Absolute rubbish. No positive outcome has been made. No updates, no correspondence from you other than on here. I am extremely unhappy with getaroom and will continue to write negative reviews until I am refunded in full.
