Scam. First of all, there is no “app” it is a web page. Second, there is no refund policy. I accidentally purchased a second 6 months in their chaotic purchasing process. Customer support told me there is no refund because it is a “digital product.” Which is not the case with any other digital or subscription service I have encountered. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Instagram as a potential scam. I would recommend TalkPal for a similar, non-scam AI Language learning product.
