I saw an ad on Facebook for this app and took their quiz. A few minutes later, I got an email with a “special offer.” I had checked out their reviews here on Trustpilot beforehand, so I did something rare and actually read their terms and conditions. It would take hours to list all the abhorrent things they set forth, so here are just a few.For one, they actually say outright that you have no right to withdraw from your agreement with them if they provide content in some place that is inaccessible. If you are in the UK, they tell you flat-out that once you complete the purchase transaction, there will be no refunds under any circumstances. They tell you to email hello@[theirdomain].app to start the refund process. I actually sent the contents of this review to that email address before posting it here, and guess what? I got a delivery failure saying that email address does not exist. They also lie on their website about their Trust pilot reviews. Their website indicates they have more than 200 5-star reviews on Trustpilot; however, at the time of this review, they have a total of 143 reviews, and 57% of those are 1-star reviews complaining about their fraudulent and shady business practices. There’s so much more… read their T’s & C’s for yourself on their website. Trustpilot doesn’t allow posting of links, so go to their homepage, click in the URL, and add a backslash and “terms-of-service” to the end of the web address.
