I agreed to pay one month to try to find a cater to help with my mum who’s in her late 80’s. I have been trying to get my money back from this company through my bank for months! They did to me the same as the person below by creating an auto renew for subscriptions and charged more than the initial charge I had agreed too!RBS credit card disputes haven’t helped yet but I’m determined this fraudulent company will give back the £180 they took over months. If I could give Care.com 0stars I would. This company is a scam. They make you sign up for their Premium services so you can actually communicate with people and then they auto renew your subscription without clearly letting the consumer know this is the case. Then they refuse to give a refund because they state its in their terms and conditions. They trick vulnerable people trying to find caregivers into gouging them out of money. It’s completely unacceptable. Do not sign up for this service.
