I acquired my domain from Namecheap and entrusted BigCartel to host my website, both of which have impeccable ratings from ScamAdvier as of yesterday. However, my website is unjustly labeled as a probable scam because it is associated with a company that has a tarnished reputation. That is not the only problem, they also accuse me of concealing my identity. I have nothing to hide, as my name, address, phone number, and email are readily available on Google and on every page of my website. My website is barely getting any traffic, and I am losing money trying to rectify this situation. But I refuse to pay them a dime for their fraudulent services. They are ruining everything with their false information. I contacted them with complaints and warnings of reporting them to the BBB, and they only increased my score from the low 30s to the 60s, but without correcting their erroneous claims.I’m heading over to BBB now and filing a complaint, I mean are they really standing behind that what they are destroying is a good thing to help people stay safe? And who gave them the authority to do this? I have children to feed!
