I had a terrible experience with Getaroom. I attempted to book a hotel in Koh Tao and was quoted one price. However, after I provided my credit card information, I discovered that the dates were incorrect, and the price had suddenly increased by $100. This feels like a complete scam! I immediately tried to cancel the reservation, but to my dismay, they went ahead and charged me the higher amount. I’ve been trying to contact them for three days without any success. My advice: steer clear of this company to avoid falling victim to their deceptive practices.
