Along with other very unhappy Nebra customers on here, my 14 year old son also fell victim to what can only be called a scam. All his Christmas and birthday money was invested in one of these machines. What was very infuriating was that they changed his order without giving him an option. It was only after numerous emails requesting delivery updates and refund requests a response came to advise nothing could be done as the item originally ordered was no longer available and that his order had been ‘upgraded’ to another model. We advised we did not want the the upgrade and wanted to cancel but was constantly told in a round about way this wasn’t an option. I even quoted their own T&Cs stating we were within our right to cancel the order but to no avail. The machine was delivered last week after 2 years in Ebay packaging? And there was no delivery note inside. To say I am furious is an understatement. Unless Nebra can provide a better response to the ones we have had to date, this situation feels like legalised stealing. I will be taking further and if anyone wants to join forces in taking to a small claims court please get in touch. Hope this is allowed Trustpilot but this company cannot be allowed to get away with this.
