So despite paying $20 per month for unlimited access to background checks this was only to learn its for discounted background checks that you still have to pay for. WHAT A RACKET AND TERRIBLE WAY TO GENERATE REVENUE! This business is taking advantage of people and using false titles of representation of services. Shame on Care.Com. In addition, the site gives poor guidance to canceling your membership as an Android user (one can only do it from a computer.) To add to that.. there is NO phone number, or email to speak to a live representative, if so I could NEVER find it. All one can do is a virtual chat. The entire thing is a racket. I simply wanted to cancel EVERYTHING, but you can’t, it’s downgraded to a basic membership, which we don’t need. BBB should shut this SCAM down!
