If you buy anything of value they magically go into maintenance mode for 7 days to tie up your money.They dont offer refunds if you get scammed, and some people report getting hacked after using the site.Their customer service is absolutely horrible.I spent $100 and now it magically says they are in maintenance for 7 days!!! So they want to tie upp my money for 7 days, withhold pets and not offer good customer service. There are other pet stores for Adopt Me with better service and better support.
