Have had a similar negative experience to other reviewers here – wish I’d read these reviews first. This company took a partially completed application, and submitted it without my consent or notifying me – I only noticed it by chance when they were asking me for more details to complete the claim. In essence, they are getting just enough information from you to try and claw some of the money from airlines and take control to put it into their own pockets. This is an absolute con and a scam, avoid at all costs. Imagine building a business on dishonesty and underhanded tactics to make money. Shameful.
