Don’t pay for their service. It’s just a typical insurance scam. They take your money but they don’t pay out when you have a legitimate damage issue. Although they market it as “damage insurance,” unless your item is completely destroyed they won’t cover you. My expensive bike frame came with punctures in the box. The frame was chipped and scratched badly in many locations, but they refused coverage because their expert claimed it was still rideable. Seriously, don’t pay for their scam.
