Purchased a product key for No Man’s Sky, when I try to redeem it it says to contact support. I contact Customer Support live chat, they say they can’t do it, that I should open up a support ticket…they didn’t even provide a link as to where to open the ticket. Its a digital product, you expect to get to use it as soon as the payment is processed. There are red flags everywhere and from my experience, this site is a scam.Edit: changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars, got my key after 2 days. Not ideal at all, but at least I got it, hence changing the review. Site is NOT a scam.
