I buy a game. I didn’t know that they gave you a new email with a new Steam account, which I don’t like, and before doing anything I ask for a refund. It tells me that it cannot be done since I have already claimed the game when I haven’t even started with the steps to use the account. Because that’s another one, they don’t make it easy for you. I go to log into the account and it tells me that there are too many attempts to log in from my location, when in fact I have tried it once every day, but if not, that is something else. In short, this is a scam, thank goodness it was little money. In my case IT WAS the seller World_of_games DON’T THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.
