Care.com won’t refund $121 of subscriptions fees after I attempted to cancel the day the subscription is up for renewal. When I called them up, they said whatever they charge is non-refundable, even when I haven’t used any of their new service period. Care.com is a scam – terrible service, don’t get hooked with any of their subscriptions.
