I’m not really sure exactly how I obtained the app, but I decided to open it l& check it out, BIG MISTAKE! Upon realizing I was about to be charged 8.99 for a membership I had to jump through hoops to cancel this membership BEFORE getting charged, on the 10th I was able to figure out how to cancel & by the 12th I was CHARGED THE FEE ANYWAY! I have been emailing with God knows who due to TRYING TO CALL a CS # they provided THAT IS A NONE WORKING PHONE NUMBER! This charge is still pending as if today. I deleted the app BUT STILL HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO ACTUALLY REMOVE MY OWN INFO OR EVEN SIGN MYSELF OUT! I couldn’t find anywhere to delete my account. This CS person/person’s that I’ve been emailing with told me they’ll remove me from their system 🙄😵… THIS HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A HUGE WASTE OF TIME & A HEADACHE, FOR ME. As of right now, since the 8.99 fee is still “pending” all I was able to do was send feedback to Google pay & my next step will be to contact my bank & report a fraudulent charge if the charge actually goes through. Until then I guess I wait & see what these people do & ATTEMPT TO WARN AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN TO BE CAREFUL OF THIS & LEARN FROM WHAT I’M HAVING TO DEAL WITH!I am pleased to say the update on this whole situation, was finally resolved but not by this Blidz, I was refunded this morning, after contacting my Bank & Gpay to report this as a fraudulent charge. I’m still not sure if Blidz has removed my information as I asked. Now I’ll just have to see if my bank lets me know they had to block a fee next month or HOPEFULLY NOT!
