Placed an order for two 90 x 210cm herringbone chenille fabric sofa cover on 26 Aug. Heard nothing from them until I emailed them 4 sept to ask where my order was, replied a day later with an email containing a tracking number from China! Eventually got my order 15 sept, only for them to have sent one cover, not two. Have now emailed them several times asking where the other cover is, and if not being sent, then want a refund. I have tried to contact them as well through social media, but as soon as a comment is made, it gets removed. This company is a total scam, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They say they have warehouses for stock in UK, but it’s all direct from China.
