They are targeting individuals with promises of an anti-procrastination tool and then make the alleged tool so difficult to access that frustration sets in. I tried to find how to get a refund and could not figure out how to contact them. I noticed the price on my CC statement and dug and dug until I finally found an email address. They aren’t willing to refund your money citing an 11 day return policy. The psychology behind habit formation takes longer than 11 days. Predators!I am filing a Civil Rights complaint in Michigan and complaining to The Better Business Bureau. They are calling it a “progressive web app”. The only thing progressive is the excuses they engage in to try to get you to continue to spend $29/month for their product when you ask for a refund, whatever their product is.
