Absolute scam – Ordered Slide July 2022 They are using COVID an excuse for not proving you with the product, then when ask for refund which they confirm they will process within 14 days as per their Policy, further excuses are provided saying ‘We fully understand your frustration and urgency to have your funds returned to you as soon as possible, and we want to assure you that we’re committed to fulfilling your refund request, but the billing department will need additional time in order to get to your request, as they are a small team handling a large influx of refunds.Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a date or timeframe for the refund, so we can’t guarantee the end of today as a deadline. Please accept our sincerest apologies, and rest assured that we are taking care of it and will have your money returned to you as soon as it is possible.’What a load of BS…..
