I’ve been emailing them over the past 4 days over the same issue and literally eating more fees this place is a scam, they don’t respond, they do not let you trade/send, they do charge you fee after fee and the fees are steep. They’ve yet to respond to countless emails, I’m ready to take my complaint to the federal reserve at this point.
