Booking

    I am going through a horrible experience with Booking.com. I am a host in Blue Mountains Australia. It has been 2 months now and booking.com is not paying me my money for previous reservation. After 30 messages, at least 15 phone calls all they say I am sorry for that we forwarded to the right department, but nothing is getting done. I am trying to cancel future reservation and they won’t allow it either. They are not paying me I feel bad for those guests because there will be no cabin for them, because booking. com doesn’t pay us. They took the guest money as well. Please shut down this fraud company
