I signed up with this company with big hopes for getting good care. I quickly learned that it is a scam company who is quick to take your money but ignore you when you need anything. They lied and said they submitted my prior authorization for 2 weeks and I’ve seen other reviews with the same experience. I have been requesting cancellation and all of a sudden customer support doesn’t respond to those emails. I have requested 5 times for cancellation and no response!! I want this subscription cancelled immediately!! I do not consent to any further charges!
