When you end up in scam property, unresponsive host, Booking.com takes no accountability. Out of my 5 days holidays I struggled 4 days with booking.com customer department without any help, 2x no call back as promised, and eventually they forced us to stay in a horribly conditioned property. On 5th day they provided 15% refund as our 4 nights miserable stay. Property had springs literally coming out of mattress, sewer smell, stained cutlery, many more issue.
