Address verification scam.. I’ve noticed that once you’re winning and withdrawing money from this site quite often then they force you to verify you’re address and prevent from withdrawing. They had no problem with me depositing money the same day if address was not verified. Customer service is a bot so don’t bother. Stay away from this site!Update :Ok after a few follow ups with Betway my address was verified and I was able to withdraw money from the site. I think address verification is their process to verify address in order to prevent unauthorised transaction
