I,too,was charged and sent 4 pillows after only ordering 1..I immediately called to modify the order with a promised confirmation email of the change..no email..then emailed to inquire and was told I would just need to return when I received them..tried 1 pillow for awhile..no help for me..wrote to return all 4, received form to fill out, then saw my return would be to Lithuania! What? That would cost me more than everything combined and I would have nothing in return! What a scam! My pillows return address label says New York! Very disappointed!
