The past 3 moths it was a complete let down… I’ve been receiving emails that my cash back has been registered for the wrong amount I’ve spent (yes, I know the postage is not covered etc, but it’s 10% of the amount I’ve spent) then on Complete Saving account it sates cash back rewarded £0.00… or the transactions recorded are missing.. I’ve not received a cash back for the past 3 months.. I’ll be cancelling the subscription as this website has turned into the scam! You just get a robotic response saying to make sure you have accepted cookies etc which I always do.. I’ve used this website for a long time and know how to use it correctly. I don’t know if they’ve changed the owners, or what happened but don’t be fooled, you will NOT see any cashback for your purchases on your bank account! Avoid this and cancel your subscriptions ASAP!
