So annoyed at myself for falling for this scam! The website looked legit with stock photos I’ve seen on the real CK website and similar sale prices when the real site was operating. But its a scam. The invoice email came from “mary” and the payment is to “OW Deano”. Please don’t fall for this. I’m now out of pocket for such a silly error. Hoping my bank can help but I have to wait 15 calendar days to escalate this further. When PayPal isn’t an option on these sorts of sites that’s a red flag too and I should have known better.Update 2nd September- parcel was supposedly delivered today. My ring door bell can confirm this wasn’t the case so I emailed the company who told me to check with my neighbours when the tracking said signed by customer so that’s interesting. My bank are looking into this now.
