Appalling service! Bought tickets only to learn that the tickets were still available to buy. Contacted customer services for assistance, they had me on hold for 1 hour and then hung up. I got refused a refund, and they will not help me at all. I would avoid this company like the plague. I’m not one to usually complain but I’ve never experienced such poor service, they are scamming people out of their hard earned money.
