DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hired a car in Chania Crete. Greeted by very aggressive and intimidating sales reps who insisted we take out their very expensive insurance at a cost of 400 euros for 12 days. We had our own insurance which incensed them. They provided a car full of scratches, 24 on one panel alone. The car had clearly been involved in previous accidents – one door was not in the same colour. When we returned car we were made to pay 660 euros because of damage. It was a SCAM as they were always going to find an issue because we did not buy their insurance. I have suggested to my insurer that they should refer the matter police. Also have asked Booking.com to remove them. Avoid this company
