Wow. I wish there was less than a one-star selection to make here because that is what it actually merits. I wish, in hindsight, that I had read some reviews BEFORE I decided to purchase this device. Not only did it not work for me, which is fine, I went through the return procedure, as they insist, over 5 weeks ago and they have yet to give me my return credit. Apparently this is their MO for all of their customers seeking returns according to the other reviews I have found. I was told today that I should allow them yet another 7-10 business days to process my return. This is utter ridiculousness.There is absolutely zero excuse, other than fraud, for not getting people their money back even if this is some kind of one-man/woman show behind the scenes. I have been patient and now I am done with that. Give me my money back.
