    Awful company. Awful customer service. Booked a weekend away for my partner as our last holiday she can travel abroad on before we have a baby. Booked on kayak. Flights from Thursday to Sunday, but accomodation was only for Thursday to Saturday. I, as any normal person, would assume accomodation is covered for the period you are in the city but clearly not. Unable to speak to a customer advisor and had to use the text service but they said they’ll look into it for me to be told, there’s nothing they can do and the only option is to pay for another night or my pregnant partner and I just stay up all night wandering the city. Truly appalled by these scammers. I will never ever use them or last-minute.com (affiliate) ever again and hope no one faces this I’ll fate and has any interaction with the awful company.
