I was so excited to get started with this app. When I saw on my Apple Card they had billed me twice I contacted customer service. BUYER BEWAREThey don’t refund full amount of a double paid app. So, they scam you out of membership and say they can only give half of the money back?Half? I bought it yesterday?Be careful signing up for this. It’s quite a lucrative little scam.Update! After some back and forth with customer service Simple refunded one of the subscriptions in full. They were cordial and wanted a good customer experience.
