My Trip told me my Egypt air flight was cancelled but I discovered it was not. Now they have only refunded 104$ of 785USD saying that is all the sirline gave them. the airline knows nothing about the financial transaction and told me i have been scammed. It is a horrible service and when I finally got someone in “california” on the line they hung up on me. Do not use this company EVER!
