It took 3 weeks for me to get a consultation and I waited 30 minutes before anyone came on. Female told m the pharmacist had DIED and I would not be able to get the prescription for weeks maybe even months. This is after I paid $229 for the consult and $129 for the membership. I cancelled several ways and am waiting to see if I get any refund. Lesson learned: Don’t sign up for anything unless you get a product in hand immediately as this is a major SCAM and you can look at BBB for complaints.
