They took away my freeroll bonus play and promotions because I haven’t made a deposit in a while.I’m on level 286 but that doesn’t matter because they saw u can play without making deposits and they emailed me saying it’s a operation team decision to punish me.They send automated responses saying we aim to please and they feel gutted and give them another chance which is a joke.It’s customer service department is run by uneducated people who must be located in India or Dubai because u can’t understand a word they say and don’t even know poker .I’m glad I stop depositing on this site a long time ago and I heard it’s worse since it went to 888 poker.on-I provided screen shots and talked politely on the phone and they give u the bullsh.t.My advice,if u deposit on this site and play here,you must be stupid because out of 1214 reviews on this site,1031 give one star only and they have worse experience than myself.The site is run by scammers and heartless people who answer the phone for complaints.Hope they shut down.The site is a complete joke.
