This is the second time iherb has charged my card and shipping products canceled. I have records showing such. There are no emails with orders, they have wrong email, they customer service can’t handle issue because the email they are using is wrong. THEY ARE FRAUDULANTLY CHARGING CARDS,THEY ARE UNAITHORIZED AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO FTC. I AM SENDUNG REPORT THE NEW YPRK ATTORNEY GENERAL TODAY IF NOT CONTACTEDEdit and reply to there response: I do not have order number because you have not emailed me anything. I have sent my name to your customer service only to get some bot response. I repeat, how can I have an order number when you are clearly emailing to the abyss. The only account I do have ypu have now blocked because your “bot” saw the word fraud and froze my legit account. Your company should be reported to the FTC…YOUR PRACTICES ARE FRAUDULANT.
