System wouldn’t approve my account saying my name wasn’t real, but it is correct. Contacted customer service and they couldn’t fix it and said had to raise and said it would take days to address but no timeframe was available.Asked to cancel my account and be refunded as I had set it up the day before and no service provided given system not approving my account, customer service couldn’t help me with that either and then ended communication.Have been charged, can’t use my account, customer service can’t help me so feeling scammed and ripped off.I genuinely need a nanny and had been recommended the site as a good option, sadly experience has been terrible. Ended up using Juggle street instead which is far better to use with great customer service. Will be raising a chargeback with my credit card provider and reporting to Fair Trading in Australia.
