Booked a room and made a mistake in the date. I immediately called the hotel who told me that there was no problem and that they would approve the date change as soon as Super would call them. Super wrote back telling me that the hotel refused any changes even a refund in order to rebook with proper date and to try to see with them…which I did! The hotel was surprised because they had Super on the phone, told them they were agreeing to change or to cancel…Super is a scam and never tried to help us, they are liars and we will never use them again!! They should be ashamed of lying to customers…
