Kept trying to reach out to the costumer service and no one replies. This is a scam. They have in their policies that if you cancel your order within 24hrs they can refund your purchase. However no one ever replies on the email and there’s no clear instructions on how to proceed with the cancellation. This is a scam. Never again will I buy something from them or recommend.
