Sold a hoodie on alias on thursday. Next I receive an e-mail that they couldn’t create a shipping label. Then I keep getting e-mail reminders that I should send it out, but I still didn‘t receive a shipping label. I finally receive the shipping label on tuesday and got the package scanned within 1 hour. 24 hours later my order gets cancelled cause I shipped it out too late. Customer service tells me sorry, you can keep it in our storage and sell it on consignment. I agree and they tell me I will get an e-mail when it arrives. The first e-mail i get is that they sent it back to me and will charge me 12$ for that. You can‘t make this stuff up. Just terrible overall. Don’t sell anything on this app they will scam you.
