Fraud protection is bull just a way for them to ste .only and all they do is pass the buck none of the employees know what there doing , 1st I got an alert on a charge the lock my card we spoke the unlock me card I stated was my charge they charge my card anyways .2,3,4 locked then Un lock my card then 5th time no notices card locked permanently because if an 1 dollar ubher charge mind u I use Uber 3 times a week at least . Then I have to pay 24.99 for a new card because my money is locked I get new card same card number but different 3 number security. I call ,go online ,and chat 4 times at least100 times in a 3 day period Technical difficulties That’s all I hear for 72 hours then finally I get someone on the phone they tell me that card is locked because it has the same number as the other card and I need to pay 2499 to get another card and I said I refuse to pay it so they are. Sitting there being nice, and they’re not gonna charge me. For a card that’s coming to me, we’ll see if it gets here, but it means time my money is locked down. And that’s a bull I went 9 days and counting.
