This company rent out landline numbers to scammers from overseas, so that the scammers appear to be from the UK. This is Very poor business ethics, but I guess as long as the dodgy guys at DIDWW are getting paid by the scammers, then that’s all that matters.Called me out of the blue, saying I am due a refund from HMRC because of PPI payments that I made. She could not tell me where she got my details from, ‘we get our data from various claims services’, she then quoted an old email address that hasn’t been used for some 20 years, refused to tell me what my postcode is ‘because of data protection’ even though she told me my (old) email address! When I said I had googled the Manchester number that she was calling from and that it’s reportedly a scam threat, she tried to convince me that the reason it comes up as suspected spam is because she’s calling from outside the UK, but that she is calling from DIDWW. Another red flag there! Hung up, blocked the number.Isn’t it strange how DIDWW only comment on the POSITIVE feedback, never the NEGATIVE. That just about says it all
