How can a company went from great to appalling?I have been a Etsy customer for many many many years and a happy customer too.No more it the last two years I had so many issues with orders, poor service, atrocious sellers and a the biggest scam of all from Etsy itself.If you experience a problem with a seller and the issue is not solved, Etsy will eventually refund you the money BUT and this is BIG BUT, Etsy will remove this unsuccessful purchase from your history and mark it as REFUNDED and will and this is outrageous Etsy will remove your review of that particular seller. NO MORE for me, au revoir Etsy!
