I was planning a Celebration of Life event in SC; from OH. I googled “local florists in West Columbia, SC”. They popped up as #1 local florist. I should’ve dug deeper and read reviews first, but instead, I ordered nearly $500 of flowers for my Father-in-Laws event. My experience is the same as everyone else. Order immediately canceled. Promised a refund. Didn’t get it. I received the emails confirming cancellation, but when I tried to respond the email was kicked back. I tried the customer service number and the Verizon customer “isn’t taking calls at this time’. I contacted Amex, told them the story, and they refunded the money through the dispute department. It’s a shame that there are people out there scamming people who’ve just lost a loved one.
