Impossible to get my money back. Agoda has very bad customer reps.I was in Thailand earlier this year and booked a reservation at OYO 838 Aromdee Apartment, Pattaya, Thailand on March 26-27, 2023 (Booking ID: 920943333). This property is part of the OYO Group in Thailand.When I got to the the hotel, they refused to honor the reservation saying it’s a scam run by the OYO Group. I had to find another place to stay at the middle of the night!My request for a refund with pictures and other proofs was initially accepted and I was told I will get my money back.But I never did. I then made repeated requests for the refund. And the Agoda customer reps just wasted a lot of my time; some promised that the refund will be processed again but never come through.Agoda is a terrible booking company when things go wrong. I told them they should go after the scammers instead of making things difficult for customers, after all its their bad partners but they never took any action.
