So ummm. I felt compelled to write this review. Inititally the store setup process was slow, and I complained, left a bad review. Today I spoke with Sara, and I felt bad. I thought the buyback was 90days but its 90 days from listing, the product…. My store is selling 5k a week now, which for 10 months is great. Recouped + made some profit. The customer service needs to be improved a bit, communication a little bit too. I put a 3 star review a few months ago, but have since changed it because everything has worked out. Shipping delays suck too. There are some bumps, but I get the feeling that this company is pretty big. To clarify** I have experience in the e-commerce business, if you know, then you know the part ascend HELPS greatly with. Its not a scam, I got to speak with multiple clients other than myself (hell one of the things that got me interested in this company was the testimonials and reviews, + they were all over the media). Lost money in crypto, but I am thankful for ecommerce cause it is very stable lol.
