Gamecards

    Bought a game and within a few weeks from purchase, the game stopped working. They said the account provided was no longer available and they had issues sending me a new one. I still haven’t received a replacement after 10 days, and they closed the ticket. They refuse to refund me or reimburse me for the inconvenience they caused. At some point they even ignored my emails and just kept sending me the same old response. At the moment its like I paid for a game and can’t use it. If this is not a scam, I don’t know what it is.
