Booked a ticket for a fair price. Received an email the next 30 minutes that the booking is ok hold. Called customer service, hold me for 40 minutes and said that price is no longer available. I was like the ticket has already been booked why would I pay extra, customer agent told me no it was only reserved and now it’s changed. I had to cancel my booking with them. Never trust and I won’t recommend, if price stay the same they are good, if price goes up they will either cancel your ticket or ask for extra cost. Not sure what to call them scamming people or what else
