Total scam!First they sent me email saying “activate out extension online, get $10 bonus”, which I did. Then I made qualified purchase and had points pending. However 1 month later no bonus was added to my account. I contacted customer support, after few emails back and forth, they “as courtesy “, credit my account even though its their own terms and conditions. When I tried to redeem this “bonus”, every time it was saying that redemption for gift card was successful, however 5 hours later, my bonus was returned back to my account and never I got any gift cards as you can guess.Contacting customer service again. After multiple emails and promises to help, they asked me to create another account, which I did. Same thing here. Long story short they just deleted my both and never paid me anything!That’s the customer support they they provide!
